🍽️ Halyk Restaurants is a B2B2C payment platform within the Halyk Bank ecosystem, connecting restaurants and millions of Halyk Superapp users.

What we already have:

• QR payments right at the table
• Pre-order for takeout
• Digital tips
• Analytics for partner restaurants

Now our goal is thousands of active restaurants, millions of transactions, and predictable product growth.

🎯 What you will be doing:

• Be responsible for the commercial performance of the product: GMV, activation, retention, and payment frequency.
• Manage the entire funnel: onboarding → activation → retention → frequency growth.
• Lead a cross-functional team: Product, IT, Data, Marketing, and field teams.
• Build a systematic operational rhythm and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop partner integrations with POS systems and ERP aggregators.
• Collaborate with bank management and key stakeholders.

🔎 Who we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience with personal responsibility for P&L or key commercial product metrics.
• Proven experience in achieving business goals.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong quantitative analysis and product metrics management skills.
• Readiness to make decisions in conditions of high uncertainty and complex corporate processes.

⭐ Will be an advantage: Experience in HoReCa, fintech, payments, marketplaces, or large ecosystems.
