What's important: ✅ Senior marketing experience of 3+ years, projects from idea to result; ✅ High responsibility and attention to detail; ✅ Experience working with a large number of people and teams simultaneously; ✅ Extensive knowledge and strong creative side — experience with visuals and creative concepts for various channels, including social media; ✅ Ability to independently build 360° marketing strategies: from research and positioning to launching new initiatives; ✅ Analytical thinking and data-driven decisions; ✅ Experience managing an SMM team; ✅ Excellent soft skills — communication, independence, ability to defend decisions; ✅ English Upper-Intermediate+ / B2+.

A plus: agency experience and HR brand experience.

This is a role for those who know how to build processes independently, synchronize dozens of stakeholders, and deliver projects to completion.
