We are building a team for a major American company - a world leader in the production of special equipment, industrial machinery, and equipment since 1886.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the existing automation system and improving optimization and eliminating shortcomings.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify new defects.
• Competently perform all actions to test new and existing software products.
• Use your understanding of system, regression, integration, operational, and user testing.
• Directly works on identifying and solving complex application/technical problems.
• Independently works on complex systems or infrastructure components that may be used by one or more applications or systems.
• Analyze business requirements to develop and execute automated test tasks
• Document software issues and defects in the bug tracking program and monitor their resolution.

Qualifications:

• 8 or more years of software testing experience using automation tools.
• 5 or more years of experience designing and developing test automation frameworks
• 5 or more years of functional or object-oriented coding experience on modern programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python (Java preferred).
• Strong development skills in two or more of the following technologies and tools: Java/Junit, Python, Cucumber, REST APIs, JBehave, or other BDD testing frameworks.
• Strong experience in testing web services (REST API)
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies is a plus
• Experience with TDD, continuous integration, code review practice is desirable.
