Senior Automation QA Engineer — HR Bot

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer for the HR bot development project in a corporate messenger.

The project includes the development of integrations, backend services, test automation, and observability approaches.

🔧 Responsibilities:

— development and support of autotests in Java; — participation in the elaboration and approval of requirements; — design review and system decomposition; — testing REST API and integrations; — working with Web elements, DOM, XPath, CSS; — working with SQL / noSQL databases; — analysis of logs and service monitoring; — code review; — participation in the development of technical solutions and team processes.

🧠 What we expect:

— at least 4 years of experience in test automation; — solid knowledge of testing theory and test design; — experience in developing autotests in Java; — understanding of OOP and design patterns; — confident work with REST / OpenAPI; — experience with RabbitMQ; — experience with PostgreSQL / MS SQL; — experience with Redis; — confident use of Postman; — experience with Git (CLI), GitLab CI; — understanding of containerization; — experience with the observability stack (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana); — experience with Scrum / Kanban.

➕ Bonus points:

— experience in defining technological development; — initiative in improving processes and architectural solutions; — experience with high-load services and chatbots.
