Team Lead Media Buying (Facebook)

Our client is a performance marketing agency specializing in media buying and affiliate marketing. The company helps businesses scale their results through effective paid traffic acquisition.

We are currently looking for a strong Team Lead Media Buyer (Facebook) who can develop the department, manage processes, and influence the growth of results.

📌 Responsibilities: • Managing and developing a team of media buyers; • Controlling and scaling advertising campaigns on Facebook; • Working with various GEOs (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3); • Analyzing results, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing processes; • Developing strategies for effective traffic acquisition; • Monitoring KPIs and the team's work quality.

📌 Requirements: • Experience as a Team Lead Media Buyer for at least 1.5–2 years; • Overall experience in media buying for at least 3–4 years; • Experience with Facebook Ads and successful scaling cases; • Experience working with different GEOs; • Proven statistics and recommendations will be an advantage; • Strong leadership qualities, responsibility, and a systematic approach.
