LogicLike is an international EdTech project. Through game-based tasks and a clear digital experience, we help children develop logic, thinking skills, and an interest in learning.
Our products:
- logiclike.com — a web platform for children aged 4–12;
- LogicLike — a mobile app for children on iOS and Android;
- Brainspot — a mobile app for adults.
We are looking for a Game Designer to develop LogicLike's game products, so that children want to complete levels, return to the game, and try new things.
This role is for someone who combines game design and a product approach: not just creating mechanics, but observing how they are used, improving them, and seeing the results of their decisions in data.
What you will do
- Develop existing LogicLike games: identify areas for engagement growth and improve the game experience.
- Analyze the player's journey: where children lose interest, encounter difficulties, or don't understand the next step.
- Invent and test hypotheses for game mechanics, progression, difficulty, rewards, and feedback.
- Design changes and manage them from idea to performance evaluation after release.
- Collaborate with methodologists, designers, and developers: formulate tasks, discuss solutions, and prioritize improvements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and gather the best game patterns for different age groups.
- Influence how new games will be created at LogicLike.
Who we are looking for
- You have 2–3 years of experience in Game Product Management, game design with a strong product focus, or product management in gaming or consumer mobile products.
- You were independently responsible for a game, product, or significant feature.
- You have worked with product metrics, funnels, user engagement, and retention.
- You can formulate hypotheses, prioritize them, launch changes, and evaluate their impact after release.
- You understand game mechanics, progression, difficulty curve, rewards, and feedback loops.
- You can set tasks for designers and developers.
- You don't wait for a ready-made technical specification: you independently identify problems, propose solutions, and justify them.
- You are ready to revise a decision if the data shows that the hypothesis did not work.
- You are genuinely interested in games and player behavior.
Experience in mobile games, EdTech, or products for a children's audience will be a plus.
What we offer
- LogicLike educational games used by 4 million users, and dozens of existing games where you can quickly test ideas.
- A product where you can see the real behavior of children, test hypotheses, and evaluate the results of changes in data.
- A rare combination of EdTech and game design: the opportunity to influence a child's game experience and an educational product.
- High degree of autonomy, direct interaction with the founder, and the ability to build an approach to game experience development practically from scratch.
Conditions
- Fully remote work in a distributed international team.
- Full-time employment, schedule from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time.
- Official employment.
- Probationary period — 3 months.
