Hi! I'm Nikolay, Design Director at ProductHow studio. We do product design for web and mobile apps. Our projects include large and complex web services, as well as business and consumer mobile applications. You can find more details about what we do on the ProductHow website.

We are looking for a strong product designer who is equally confident working with logic, scenarios, and user tasks, and at the same time knows how to create visually beautiful interfaces. Here, design is a full cycle: from idea and prototype to launch in production.

As a Senior, alongside the Design Director, you will lead one or more products: think through scenarios and logic, create prototypes, do UX/UI, communicate with product owners and development, plan and distribute tasks, monitor design quality and consistency, and, when necessary, help junior designers.

Our team is distributed, so you can work remotely. Some products are in English, so it will be useful. We consider both full-time and part-time. Full-time is a priority right now. If part-time, then from 20 hours per week with an even workload.

What you will do

— Product design for web and/or mobile applications (depends on the products you will be working on)

— Work on complex interfaces, think through logic and user scenarios

— Create prototypes, including with AI

— Do UI design for products

— Use and develop the design system

— Plan and distribute tasks, monitor deadlines and quality, help junior designers

— Work in conjunction with the product and development team

— Portfolio and links to completed projects

— Product thinking: ability to create design from business goals and user tasks, think about what problem we are solving and for what audience, transform complexity into clarity

— Ability to create visually beautiful interfaces

— Experience with AI, including creating prototypes

— Confident work in Figma, including design systems

— Attention to detail, analytical mindset, flexible thinking

— Independence: ability to plan, distribute, and complete tasks on time

— Your English level is B1 or higher

— Experience in research and using analytics in design is a plus
