Responsibilities:

• Full support for the most complex client cases — chat, email, live calls; • Analysis of agent conversations, identifying failure points, and correcting prompts and knowledge base; • Maintaining documentation and changelog with daily releases; • Transforming recurring issues into product solutions and influencing the roadmap.

Requirements:

• Excellent English (written and spoken); • Empathy and comfortable communication in client calls; • Confident work with AI tools and agent management (not just usage); • Operational mindset — identify a broken process and fix it.
