We are looking for an Architect (Solution/System Architect) for the Discovery team to work on initiatives for the upcoming quarters in the fixed-line communication for B2B domain. This is a "full-cycle" architect role, who works at the early stages (discovery/pre-project), reduces uncertainty (product, process, system, architectural) before development starts, and prepares thoroughly elaborated initiatives for handover to delivery teams. 🚀 Job Description: Elaborate on the problem, product value, target process, scope, dependencies, and risks for each initiative. Prepare thoroughly elaborated initiatives for handover to delivery teams. Reduce uncertainty (product, process, system, architectural) before development starts. 🎯 Mandatory Requirements (Must Have): Experience (CRITICAL!): Experience as a System/Solution Architect for 4+ years, including architecture elaboration at early stages (discovery / pre-project). "Full-cycle" Profile (CRITICAL!): UML, BPMN, C4. Design of API contracts (OpenAPI / Swagger). Design of data models, SQL. Architecture and Integrations: Understanding of microservices architecture. Understanding of integration patterns (REST / GraphQL / message brokers). Understanding of NFR (performance, fault tolerance, security). Business Analysis and Communications: Experience in formalizing business requirements and communication with stakeholders at the BA level (User Story, acceptance criteria, AS-IS / TO-BE). Architectural Decisions: Experience in making and documenting architectural decisions (ADR) and assessing technical risks. Tools: Agile / Scrum practice: Jira, Confluence. 💡 Would be a plus (Nice to Have): Experience in telecom / B2B sales / CRM. Experience with BPM / low-code platforms (Elma 365, Camunda, Appian and similar). Experience in architecture of AI / Copilot scenarios, integrations with recommendation/AI services. Understanding of MongoDB / document models. Basic DevOps overview (CI/CD, containerization).
