⭐️ What we expect from you ⭐️ • Higher technical education. • At least 3 years of experience as an IT systems architect, solution architect, lead system analyst, or lead 1C developer/architect. • Practical experience in architectural design and implementation of solutions on the 1C platform. • Expert knowledge of 1C:BSP and 1C:Retail configurations. • Familiarity with 1C TotalMark is desirable. • Practical experience in building and supporting complex integrations between 1C and external systems. • Practical experience with product marking and understanding of end-to-end processes. • Mandatory experience with CRPT / Chestny Znak, including understanding of APIs, statuses, exchange scenarios, and common errors. • Experience in the wholesale and retail trade domain. • Experience using AI tools in design, development, and technical documentation preparation is desirable.
👨🏻🎓 What you need to know👨🏻🎓 • 1C 8.x platform at an expert level, including approaches to building solutions based on 1C:BSP and the application specifics of 1C:Retail. • Principles of corporate and application architecture design, including ADR, TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar approaches. • Approaches to modeling architecture and processes: C4, BPMN, and other notations for describing systems and integrations. • Principles of designing integrations between systems: REST API, SOAP, web-services, JSON, XML, HTTP(S), WSDL, file and event-based exchanges. • Principles of building fault-tolerant and scalable integration solutions within the 1C ecosystem. • End-to-end product marking processes in product categories: light industry, footwear, electronics, children's goods. • Principles of CRPT / Chestny Znak operation, including APIs, marking code statuses, business scenarios, and integration errors. • Fundamentals of system lifecycle design: from survey and AS-IS description to TO-BE target scheme, development, implementation, and maintenance. • Principles of preparing high-quality technical specifications and tasking developers.
⭐️ What needs to be done⭐️ • Design and develop the architecture of IT systems and business applications within the wholesale and retail trade ecosystem. • Coordinate and complete the development of a marking process management system based on 1C:BSP, 1C Retail 2.3. • Complete the lifecycle and development of related marking management systems, including the transition from 1C TotalMark to the target system. • Develop and approve architectural solutions for automating marking processes and related business processes. • Design and develop integrations between 1C systems and external systems: CRPT / Chestny Znak, ERP, CRM, warehouse systems, e-commerce, marketplaces, and other services. • Analyze current solutions, form the target AS-IS / TO-BE architecture, and support its implementation. • Prepare technical specifications and architectural decisions (ADR) for the development team. • Assign tasks to developers, participate in code reviews, and monitor the implementation's compliance with architectural principles. • Participate in the development of complex functional and integration mechanisms on the 1C platform, not just coordinate the implementation. • Model and describe architecture and processes using C4, BPMN, ArchiMate diagrams, or similar tools. • Analyze and optimize end-to-end marking processes: code ordering, emission, introduction into circulation, aggregation, shipment, sale, returns, withdrawal from circulation, handling of statuses and errors. • Participate in preparing solutions for publication in the production environment and supporting implemented changes. • Preferably, use AI tools to accelerate design, documentation preparation, module contract analysis, and development with mandatory subsequent review of the results.
