Our expectations

Professional knowledge and experience

1. Practical experience with 1C:Document Management (versions 2.1 and 3.0) is mandatory.

Candidates without experience in DM are not considered.

2. Experience in implementation, support, and system development.

3. Understanding of document management business processes:

• document approval.

• routing.

• storage and archiving.

4. Understanding the differences between versions 2.1 and 3.0.

5. Experience interacting with business customers and the IT team.

Analytical skills

• Requirement gathering, analysis, and formalization.
• Business process description (BPMN, UML, flowcharts).
• Preparation of technical specifications, functional specifications, user stories.
• Tasking developers and monitoring their performance.
• Participation in testing and acceptance of solutions.
• Analysis and optimization of document management processes.

1C knowledge and modification skills (at an analyst level)

• Understanding of the 1C:Enterprise 8 architecture and configuration operating principles.
• Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of 1C:Document Management (2.1 and 3.0).
• Ability to read and analyze 1C code (for analysis and tasking).

Working with DM functionality

1. Configuration:

• business processes and approval routes.

• process templates.

• roles and access rights.

• widgets.

• auto-substitutions, validation algorithms.

• task escalation rules.

• availability settings based on status.

• additional business event handlers.

2. Understanding the mechanics of tasks, document states, and processes.

3. Understanding the interrelation of system catalogs (Users/employees/individuals).

4. Configuration of document cards, additional attributes, and file storage structure.

5. Configuration of seamless integration rules, understanding the principles of seamless integration.

Minimal development skills (as a tool, not primary job)

1. Making simple modifications:

• form adjustments.

• attribute and display logic configuration.

• writing code for auto-substitutions and algorithms.

2. Tasking for development with an understanding of:

• what happens "under the hood".

• how business processes are implemented in 1C.

3. Participation in error analysis with developers.

Reporting and data

• Tasking for report development (SKD).
• Understanding the DM data structure (documents, tasks, processes).
• Basic skills in configuring standard reports.

Integrations and data handling

1. Understanding of system integration principles.

2. Experience participating in integration projects:

• with EDMS systems

• with other 1C-based solutions

3. Understanding XML / JSON formats at the tasking level.

Will be a plus:

• Experience transitioning from 1C:Document Management 2.1 to 3.0
• Experience with EDMS systems (Kontur, Diadoc, etc.)
• Knowledge and practical experience with other 1C configurations
• 1C Certificates

• Consulting and training users: Helping colleagues and clients understand the intricacies of 1C, identifying the causes of errors, and providing clear instructions.

• Designing solutions: Gathering and analyzing business needs, turning requests into clear system requirements.

• Writing technical specifications and controlling quality: Preparing tasks for developers, conducting testing to ensure only reliable and well-thought-out modifications enter the product.

• Improving processes: Analyzing business processes and suggesting how they can be optimized using 1C tools.

• Creating a knowledge base: Developing instructions and conducting webinars for users so they can work independently.

• Participating in system development: You will be involved in projects for implementing new functionality and modifying existing modules.

• Maintaining transparent reporting: Recording tasks and results in Bitrix24 for a unified team understanding.
