Hello! My name is Vyacheslav. I represent the Top Selection group of companies. We specialize in employing IT specialists for project-based work. Currently, we are looking for an Architect for a project to Implement a comprehensive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platform on the Optimacros system.

💥 Mandatory Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a Lead/Architect in IBP/CPM (Optimacros) implementation projects (2-3 large full-cycle projects) • Knowledge and experience in modeling and designing budgeting and planning processes for manufacturing enterprises • Experience in implementing budget models (P&L, cash flow, functional budgets, supporting and operational budgets) • Experience in implementing S&OP / IBP models, supply chain management, demand planning • Experience in implementing allocation and consolidation models • Skills in describing and implementing integrations between Optimacros and external systems (1C and other ERP, DWH and BI, CRM, SRM, MES, APS): inbound/outbound flows, data marts, master data and fact loading • Advanced calculations and optimization • Experience in setting up and implementing linear/non-linear optimization problems/heuristic, metaheuristic problems on the platform (commercial solvers, Optimacros, Python) • Team management experience • Ability to conduct interviews with business users (finance, planning and economic block, logistics), capture requirements, and document them in the form of architectural diagrams and technical specifications • Skill in preparing user manuals, model descriptions, and project reports.
