✅ Mandatory requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Specialist or Architect in implementing IBP/CPM systems based on Optimacros, including the completion of 2–3 large full-cycle projects;
- Skills in modeling and designing budgeting and production planning processes for industrial enterprises;
- Practical experience in developing key models: - Budgetary (P&L, cash flow, functional, supporting, and operational budgets); - S&OP/IBP, supply chain management, and EOQ; - Allocations and consolidations;
- Ability to design and implement Optimacros integrations with external systems (1C, other ERP, DWH, BI, CRM, SRM, MES, APS) — including configuring data flows, data marts, master data and actual performance loading;
- Advanced competencies in calculations and optimization: experience in setting up and solving linear, nonlinear, heuristic, and metaheuristic problems using commercial solvers, the Optimacros platform, and Python; - Experience in managing a project team;
- Ability to effectively interact with business customers (finance, planning and economic department, logistics): conduct interviews, identify requirements, document them in the form of architectural diagrams and technical specifications;
- Skill in preparing documentation: user manuals, model descriptions, and project reports.
