Develop design and supervise office space projects
Description
Our team creates conceptual and working designs for new offices, as well as reconstructs existing locations. We support architectural bureaus, coordinate participants, control deadlines and budgets, and ensure concept compliance at all design stages.
The team researches best architectural practices, selects materials and technologies, conducts author's supervision, and ensures coordinated project implementation on site.
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and working design projects, prepare sketches and visualizations in accordance with client requirements and current standards.
- Support projects of external architectural bureaus: coordinate participants, control deadlines and budget, reconcile concept materials with subsequent design stages.
- Prepare and defend design and conceptual solutions before internal and external clients, create presentation materials, and provide reasoned justification for chosen solutions.
- Develop design and technical documentation at all stages – from concept to implementation, calculate material quantities, and generate specifications for procurement procedures.
- Participate in site meetings and carry out author's supervision, monitor project implementation on site, and promptly resolve emerging issues.
- Research best architectural practices, materials, and technologies, build and maintain an up-to-date database of solutions for project application.
- Communicate with the client at all project stages, consider feedback, and make adjustments to agree on final solutions.
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of experience as an Architect-Designer, project supervision experience is a plus.
- Proficient in SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization, AutoCAD for preparing and editing design documentation, and the Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator) for image editing and presentation creation.
- Utilize modern technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, to optimize design processes, generate ideas, and improve visualizations.
- Generate creative design solutions, propose non-standard approaches, and be able to defend them with sound arguments.
- Present projects and defend your solutions at all stages of work.
- Have an up-to-date portfolio with examples of completed projects.
