The Creative Team plays a crucial role in the success of our business, responsible for creating creatives for our advertising campaigns, as well as all media content for the company's needs. It is to this team that we are looking for a motivated Motion Designer!
What you will be doing:
- Creating 2D creatives according to technical specifications;
- Generating ideas and storylines for creatives;
- Editing and processing video;
- Adapting finished AE, PS, Figma projects for new languages and sizes;
- Working with graphic materials.
What we expect from you:
- Professional Tools: Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop. Knowledge of Figma will be your advantage.
- Working with AI: Practical experience using generative neural networks for generating images, video, and sound (ability to write prompts and refine results).
- Designer's Foundation: Clear understanding of composition, typography, animation basics, and video editing rules.
- Personal Qualities: High motivation for professional growth, self-organization, and impeccable responsibility for deadlines.
- Teamwork: Developed communication skills and the ability to justify your decisions.
- Portfolio: Mandatory presence of cases specifically from the betting / gambling verticals (or similar highly competitive advertising topics).
- Readiness: To complete a small practical test task as the final stage of selection.
