Business Developement Manager!

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join Mediacube and drive partnerships with game developers worldwide through outreach, negotiations, presentations, and relationship management.

You'll join a team working on YouTube Playables, a fast-growing and highly promising gaming direction within the YouTube ecosystem, allowing game developers to bring their games directly to a global audience. As an official publishing partner, we help mobile and web game developers bring their games to YouTube Playables and reach new audiences through this rapidly growing ecosystem. Our partners are game studios from around the world, and you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and helping developers grow their presence on the platform.

What are you going to do?

1. Identify and engage mobile and web game developers through online research and targeted outreach;
2. Conduct presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions with prospective game studios;
3. Build and develop long-term relationships with partners, helping them expand their game portfolio on the platform;
4. Manage the partnership process from the first contact through contract signing and launch.

You are perfect for us if:

1. You have at least 1 year of experience working with international partners, clients, or stakeholders;
2. You have experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or other highly communication-driven roles;
3. You confidently conduct presentations, negotiations, and online meetings, and know how to build rapport with different types of partners;
4. You have an upper-intermediate level of English (B2+) and are comfortable communicating with international partners in both spoken and written form;
5. You are organized, ambitious, results-oriented, and motivated by achieving business goals and KPIs;
6. Experience in the gaming industry will be considered a strong advantage.
