The Role

The Title Marketing Director, DACH will be based in Berlin, reporting to the Sr. Director Marketing DACH. They will lead a local team responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that span title-specific campaigns, brand marketing, and broader consumer moments — turning our local originals, global imports, and the Netflix brand itself into cultural conversations that resonate across DACH.

We're looking for an experienced, inspiring leader who brings sharp, innovative thinking alongside operational excellence — someone equally at home crafting bold consumer campaigns and navigating complex cross-functional structures.

• Fluent in integrated marketing — combining digital, social, and offline media into powerful, holistic campaigns rooted in cultural insight. You think in ideas, operate with creative ambition, and have a genuine passion for entertainment and its power to shape culture. You're as comfortable leading a title launch as you are shaping brand positioning or identifying non-title moments that build long-term affinity for Netflix in the region.
