Intrinsic Studio Collective is a residential interior design studio based in Unionville, Ontario, serving the Greater Toronto Area.

We’re looking for a freelance Social Media Manager to support the ongoing management of our Instagram presence.

ISC has an established brand identity, social media aesthetic, professional project photography and existing content templates. We’re looking for someone with a strong visual eye who can work within and elevate our established brand while managing the ongoing content process.

Scope

Approximately 4 feed posts per 4 weeks (typically 3 static/carousel posts + 1 Reel), with accompanying Stories.

Responsibilities include:

• Monthly content planning and calendar development
• Creating static posts and carousels from supplied project photography, renderings and brand assets
• Reel creation and editing
• Instagram Story creation
• Caption writing and refinement
• Instagram SEO, keywords, hashtags and location optimization
• Scheduling and publishing
• Maintaining a cohesive and elevated visual presence
• Basic performance reporting and recommendations

Ideal Experience

Experience working with interior design, architecture, luxury real estate, home or premium lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.

You should have:

• A sophisticated visual/design sensibility
• Strong graphic design and layout skills
• Experience creating polished Reels and Stories
• Strong copywriting skills
• A solid understanding of Instagram content strategy and discovery
• Experience managing client accounts on an ongoing basis
• Ability to work independently within an established brand system

This is an ongoing freelance/contract position and can be performed remotely. Toronto/GTA-based candidates are welcome but not required.
