In the "Online Sales Tools" product team, projects are underway to implement and transform current online sales business processes. Web solutions whose functionality is related to b2c service sales: SIM/eSIM purchase, subscriber porting to MTS, bundle sales, and more. We aim to expand functionality and, most importantly, improve the quality of our services.
And we are inviting a Senior Java Developer/Lead Developer to join this product team!
What you will be doing
- Developing and supporting microservices in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) in a high-load distributed environment;
- Participating in the design, refactoring, and evolution of backend system architecture using Clean Architecture, CQRS, Event-Driven approaches;
- Integrating with internal and external APIs, backend services, and event buses (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
- Working with relational (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases;
- Ensuring high performance, fault tolerance, security, and scalability of services;
- Writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, REST Assured);
- Implementing and supporting CI/CD processes (GitLab CI, Jenkins);
- Optimizing business logic: working with caching, asynchronous processing, queues, distributed transactions;
- Conducting code reviews, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to team growth;
- Diagnosing and resolving production incidents: log analysis, working with APM systems (Application Insights, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus);
- Maintaining technical documentation, participating in task estimation and sprint planning.
What we expect
- Java development experience — from 4 years;
- Deep knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security);
- Experience with microservice architecture, SOA principles, design patterns (Repository, CQRS, Saga, Circuit Breaker, etc.);
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration;
- Confident command of REST, gRPC, and asynchronous communication (messengers);
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK);
- Understanding of continuous integration and delivery principles (CI/CD);
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
