TrafficStars is looking for a Full-stack AI Engineer to work with the advertising network. The vacancy involves relocation to Cyprus, Limassol, and official employment.

TrafficStars is an international advertising network, registering over 10 billion events daily in a 3.6 petabyte ClickHouse cluster.

🕹 Responsibilities:

— Approximately half of the time will be dedicated to development, the other half to maintaining the speed, security, and quality of the entire system.

— Create features end-to-end: data schema, API, background tasks, interface, and production deployment.

— Develop AI systems that perform real-world tasks: agents, assistant tools, retrieval, streaming, and evaluation.

— Monitor token costs and model usage efficiency.

— Rapidly test new models, Agent SDK, and MCP servers, measure results, and make deployment decisions.

— Integrate AI with Postgres, ClickHouse, internal APIs, Slack, email, and LLM providers via OpenRouter.

— Launch long-running and scheduled processes through Trigger.dev, ensuring correct retries without duplicating actions.

— Review PRs from multiple teams and their AI agents before production release.

— Identify issues with access rights, data leaks, heavy queries, and conflicting migrations.

— Improve skills, rules, and CI checks for coding agents.

— Independently perform migrations and deployments in Kubernetes, and roll back changes if necessary.

🕹 Candidate Requirements:

— Three or more years of experience in developing real products and full-stack production development.

— Hands-on experience launching LLM functions: tool calling, streaming, context management, retries, caching, and cost control.

— Daily work with AI coding agents: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools.

— Ability to delegate tasks to agents and verify their results.

— Proficient in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

— Experience with Postgres: schema design, migrations, indexes, and query optimization. Supabase experience is a plus.

— Practical understanding of Docker and Kubernetes: deployment, reading logs of problematic pods, and rollback.

— Knowledge of security fundamentals: access control, protection against injections, and handling secrets.

— Understanding of applied AI security: prompt injection, personal data protection, and minimal necessary permissions for tools.

— Ability to assess AI quality using test datasets and regression checks.

— Fluent in Git, including resolving complex conflicts between parallel branches.

— Ability to transform an unstructured business request into a working first version of a product.

— Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases (a plus).

— Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and debugging with traces (a plus).

— Experience in creating internal tools or developer platforms (a plus).

— Experience in ad-tech: working with advertisers, publishers, and ad formats (a plus).
