Description
Sber's internal HR platform is the company's own product covering the entire human capital lifecycle: recruitment, training, development, assessment, performance, feedback, etc. We are looking for a middle/middle+ QA Engineer to join one of the teams within the cluster.
Responsibilities
- design and develop platform components within a microservices architecture
- maintain code quality, develop unit and end-to-end tests, participate in code review and release process phases
- conduct analysis to improve service performance.
Requirements
- proficient knowledge of Java
- commercial development experience (Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud) of 3+ years
- understanding of microservices architecture
- experience with SQL/noSQL databases, understanding of scaling principles
- experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ/ IBM MQ/ Kafka/ ActiveMQ or others) and code testing libraries
- knowledge of design approaches for high-load back-end application architecture, understanding of bottlenecks
- experience working in a developer team, organizing code-review, understanding git flow
- experience with LLM and AI tools (copilots, cursor)
- experience using Docker, Kubernetes (OpenShift), Kafka and experience with application performance analysis tools.
