📌 Vacancy: Junior/Middle Financial Analyst / Controller

📍Location: EU / Eastern Europe 👩💻Work Format: remote + possible business trips to Romania (aluminum profile production) 🏭Company: international manufacturing group

🔹 Main Responsibilities

• Support of financial control and budgeting processes. • Reconciliation of planned and actual indicators by cost centers. • Preparation of analytical reports and visualizations (tables, charts). • Participation in the analysis of financial data for forecasts and business plans. • Monitoring the efficiency of cost and profit centers. • Identification of deviations and proposal of corrective measures. • Support for the evaluation of investment proposals and risks. • Analysis of annual financial statements and key financial indicators.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• Higher education in finance/economics. • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems. • 1–3 years of experience in finance/analytics/control (preferably in industry). • Basic knowledge of budgeting, business planning, and data analysis.

‼️Location and Status Requirements • Residence in the European Union or Eastern European countries. • Legal status: citizenship or valid residency. • Right to work and reside in the EU/Eastern Europe without additional permits. • Proficiency in Russian (spoken/written). • Readiness for possible business trips to Romania.
