Product Lead / Senior Product Manager, AI-first

Seeking two strong leaders for a Kazakhstani tech company.

The company is developing its own ERP platform with AI tools and is now entering the international market.

Seeking two leaders who can significantly influence product and business development.

1. Product Lead / Senior Product Manager, AI-first

We need someone who will take ownership of product development, quickly immerse themselves in the existing context, and turn product opportunities into measurable results.

Responsibilities: — Develop product strategy and roadmap; — Develop the ERP product and AI direction; — Work closely with the CTO and development team; — Prioritize hypotheses and launch product initiatives; — Validate solutions with clients; — Prepare the product for further scaling.

We are looking for a strong senior product leader with experience in digital/IT products, technical acumen, understanding of AI, and the ability not only to form a strategy but also to bring it to fruition.

2. Operations Director / COO

We need someone who will take responsibility for business growth and operational efficiency.

Areas of responsibility: — Growth strategy and scaling; — Financial and commercial indicators; — Operational model and process optimization; — Sales, marketing, and customer success; — Team and organizational effectiveness; — Work with key stakeholders.

We are looking for a strong manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, experience in managing businesses and teams, a good understanding of finance, and the ability to make decisions quickly and bring them to fruition.

Both positions offer a high level of autonomy and real influence on the company's development.
