Lead Prototype Developer — Voice AI Agent Platform (MVP)

📍 Remote / Tel Aviv / Kyiv | Full-time (contract-to-hire option)

Requirements:

• 3+ years in software development
• 2+ years with LLMs, voice, or real-time agents
• Python expert (FastAPI, async, Pydantic v2)
• JS/TS proficient (Node.js, WebSockets, WebRTC)
• LangChain or similar (agents, memory, tools, RAG)
• Streaming STT/TTS: Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Whisper
• LLM integration: OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face
• Backend: PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, AWS/GCP

What you'll build:

• Sub-500ms STT → LLM → TTS pipeline
• Multi-turn dialogue with memory & tool calling
• Interruption handling & turn-taking logic
• Outbound call campaigns + analytics dashboards

Nice to have:

• Vapi, Bland, or custom voice agent experience
• React / Svelte, Go or Rust
• Background in sales tech / CRM
