Head of Growth | B2B SaaS | Vaiz

Format: Office (Limassol)

We are looking for a Head of Growth who will transform an already working B2B SaaS product with a clear value proposition and active users into a predictable revenue growth system.

The product already exists, users are there, value is confirmed. What's missing is systematic growth marketing that turns this into a scalable commercial system.

About the product Vaiz is a B2B SaaS platform for managing tasks, documents, and processes within a business.

Role directly impacts revenue and product strategy Marketing is built from scratch, with no legacy. Hands-on role. Initially, a significant portion of tasks will be performed personally.

Candidate Expectations

• Experience building a growth function in B2B SaaS (PLG or hybrid model);
• Practical experience launching and scaling acquisition channels (paid, organic, partnerships);
• Deep work with user activation and retention mechanics;
• Strong expertise in product marketing and positioning in competitive markets;
• Confident command of CRM systems, email automation, and marketing analytics;
• Ability to translate hypotheses into measurable results and manage decisions through data;
• Experience packaging and launching AI products into a highly competitive market with a saturated AI landscape.
