About the company: 🔸BotConversa is an international platform for automating communication on WhatsApp. 🔸We help companies worldwide create smart chatbots that simplify customer support, increase sales, and accelerate business growth. 🔸We are currently expanding our team and looking for a product designer with 3+ years of experience — someone who can turn complex into convenient and functional into aesthetic. 🔸We are a good fit if you love to think through the user experience in detail and create products that are a pleasure to use.
Your responsibilities: 🔸Analyze market best practices, study the user journey, and formulate hypotheses with the team. 🔸Create prototypes, test solutions, and improve them based on feedback. 🔸Collaborate closely with developers and managers. 🔸Develop UX/UI for the company's web products. 🔸Participate in design reviews, compile a list of remarks, and control the quality of implementation. 🔸Create new design system components and describe their usage rules.
Requirements: 🔸3+ years of experience as a product/UX/UI designer. 🔸Excellent understanding of design principles and UX patterns. 🔸Practical experience in creating web interfaces. 🔸Ability to lead a task from research to a final result you are truly proud of. 🔸Proficient in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping). 🔸Portfolio with examples of real projects is a must. 🔸Teamwork skills 🔸Languages: Russian native, English as a plus
Will be a plus: 🔸Experience with design systems. 🔸Skills in creating adaptive interfaces. 🔸Understanding the logic of complex products (CRM, builders, SaaS).
