Why we need you and who we are looking for

As a center of expertise and in-house lead for all projects requiring product-business expertise. To set the vision and strategy of the project, decompose tasks, brief other designers, provide feedback, and defend decisions. To grow product expertise within the unit. Mobile applications and web services.

Requirements

Examples of tasks

1. UX Audit
2. Designing scenarios and interfaces, with a focus on growing specific metrics
3. Generating and verifying product hypotheses
4. Setting up and conducting tests
5. Conducting product pre-sales and presentations

Basic minimum

Experience working with a mature product (top-50, big tech). Senior level. Good soft skills. A couple of substantial, well-described product cases in your portfolio. Uses AI at least somewhat.

Luxurious maximum

Lead level. Launched own products (pet projects, micro-startups). Strong UI. Experience managing a team. Proficient with AI tools. Has related expertise — generation, coding, motion.

Will be a minus

Obviously poor UI. Lack of product experience.

Conditions

• Part-time for one project, or full-time for two projects.
• We work with freelancers for the adaptation period (about 2 months).
