YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Development
- Creation of a set of design documentation for a model — patterns, pattern layout, drawing with measurements, cutting details specification;
- Measuring samples for compliance with patterns and measurement charts;
- Participation in fittings together with the lead designer and product group technologist;
- Evaluation of product fit on a figure and mannequin, and compliance of the construction and design of the product;
- Initiating changes in the construction and measurements of the finished product to achieve commercial success of the model;
- Modification of patterns and documentation set in accordance with decisions made during fittings;
- Modernization and implementation of new finishes in the product group;
- Selection of finishes for the product group items that are optimal in terms of price and quality.
Audit and Quality Control
- Preparation of recommendations for suppliers on improving the quality of finished products;
- Communication with technologists in local offices to optimize product manufacturing processes and correct defects;
- Participation in product quality audits in stores once a month with the team.
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Specialized education in clothing design and modeling;
- Mandatory work experience in the specialty (preferably in large production units);
- Excellent knowledge of garment production and technological processes;
- Proficient user of Windows, MS Office software.
