YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Development and implementation of product quality standards (fit, last, sizing, production technology)
- Monitoring compliance with standards at all stages – from technical specifications to the finished product
- Preparation of technical specifications and evaluation of their execution results
- Team selection, evaluation, and development
- Interaction with production sites (including China)
- Reduction of return rates and increase of the proportion of quality goods in a batch.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- Deep expertise in shoe production technology and modeling (last, sizing, fit)
- Knowledge and understanding of shoe quality standards
- Confident command of MS Office, Illustrator/CorelDraw
- Interest in using AI tools in your work
- Leadership qualities, strong communication skills
- Readiness and willingness to share expertise, train the team
- Responsibility, proactivity, flexibility, positive attitude
