Stock Clerk for Ushatava Boutique

Ushatava is an experimental fashion house focused on practical and memorable design of clothing, footwear, and accessories. The fashion house was founded in 2015 in Yekaterinburg. The name is pronounced [ushatáva]. Currently, the company has 8 Boutiques in Russia and 2 in Kazakhstan, its own online store ushatava.ru, and is developing international sales.

As part of the retail team, we are looking for a Stock Clerk for Afimall Boutique.

Key Tasks:

1. Receiving shipments: physical count, receiving in 1C, collection and shipment of transfers (physical and via 1C).

2. Maintaining order in warehouses, optimizing and organizing storage:

• monitoring compliance with storage rules for goods;
• distribution of shipments in warehouses;
• restocking of the internal warehouse based on needs and requests;
• checking stock for relevance, forming conservations.

3. Generating product reports:

• write-offs of goods due to defects, for fitting, for company needs;
• identification of defects during goods receiving;
• monitoring timely dry cleaning and repair of goods, working with contractors;
• monitoring the accuracy of goods balances, timely corrections;
• forming reservations for clients and managing the waiting list.

4. Working with Chestny ZNAK (re-labeling, code restoration, code transfer).

5. Working with jewelry turnover (receiving, timely write-offs).

6. Pre-sale preparation of items.

7. Conducting inventories.

8. Collecting and shipping orders for the online store.

9. Monitoring the availability of consumables and POSm to ensure the boutique's operation.

We expect from you:

• Similar experience as a stock clerk, warehouse operator for at least 1 year;
• Experience with 1C, Excel, and Google Sheets;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Attention to detail, responsibility;
• Ability to work effectively in a team, flexibility.
