We are growing and inviting a Lead Accountant to our team!
Responsibilities:
- Processing payments in bank-client systems;
- Uploading payments to 1C: Accounting, 1C: ERP (Manufacturing), 1C: ERP (Retail);
- Recording advance reports (business trips, representation, operational expenses);
- Receiving, controlling, and verifying primary documents from suppliers, including accounts 60, 76 (services, works, fixed assets, prepaid expenses); verifying the correctness of completion and compliance with legislation;
- Timely recording in 1C 8.3 Accounting;
- Controlling mutual settlements with suppliers of works and services;
- Controlling the acceptance and approval of documents in electronic document management systems (SBIS, Diadoc);
- Systematization and archiving of documents;
- Performing tasks of the Chief Accountant.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an accountant (supplier settlements + banking section);
- Confident user of 1C: Accounting 8.3. Knowledge of 1C: ERP (Manufacturing / Retail) is mandatory;
- Experience with electronic document management systems (SBIS / Diadoc);
- Knowledge of the rules for оформление primary documents (invoices, TORG-12, acts, UPD);
- Attention to detail, discipline, ability to work with a large volume of documents.
