Accountant for Inventory Accounting (Receipt and Sales, Chestny ZNAK)

1. Chestny ZNAK (CZ) section. Ordering codes for production, transferring to the factory, submitting an application report, aggregation, withdrawal from circulation, re-labeling. Control and error correction.
2. Goods receipt (import). Accounting by batches, customs declaration.
3. Goods sales through marketplaces. Recording sales reports, buyouts.
4. Shipments to retail chains: document preparation (EDI), adjustments, control of signing in electronic document management (EDO), reconciliations. Connecting new counterparties to EDO (EDI).
5. Shipments to RF dealers: document preparation, adjustments, control of signing in EDO, reconciliations.
6. Shipments to EAEU countries: document preparation, collection of documents with signatures + import applications. Reconciliation.
7. Marketplace services, services for retail chains and other buyers (bonuses, etc.), fines. Document verification and request for missing documents.
8. Control of shipments to marketplaces: preparation of documents for goods transfer (UPD status 2), reconciliation of receipts from marketplaces (acceptance certificates).
9. Goods returns, including from marketplaces.
10. Control of goods balances on accounts 41-45: movement, kitting, control of negative balances. Recording of inventory results. Write-off, disposal of goods. Reconciliation of goods balances with the warehouse.
11. Verification of document and goods balance correctness after 1C database synchronization.
12. Document archive maintenance.
13. Working with EDO.
14. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

Knowledge of 1C Accounting, UNP, Kompleksnaya realizatsiya, EDO: Diadoc, 1C EDO.

Experience in inventory accounting, with marketplaces, in wholesale sales for 2+ years.

Experience with Chestny ZNAK (CZ) for 2+ years.

Participation in accounting automation.
