Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accounting and tax records for company clients on various tax systems (USN, OSNO, ENVD, etc.)
- Controlling the accuracy and timeliness of recording all business transactions in the accounting system
- Preparing, verifying, and submitting accounting, tax, and statistical reports
- Interacting with regulatory and inspection authorities (IFNS, funds, Rosstat, etc.)
- Consulting colleagues on complex accounting and tax issues
- Participating in the development and optimization of internal company processes, implementing new solutions to improve the efficiency of the accounting department
- Organizing and controlling document flow, conducting reconciliations with counterparties
Requirements:
- Experience as a chief accountant or lead accountant for at least 3 years
- Excellent knowledge of Russian accounting and tax legislation
- Practical experience in maintaining records on different tax systems
- Proficient in 1C: Accounting, 1C: Enterprise 8, electronic document management
- Skills in independent report preparation and submission
- Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Readiness to take responsibility for results and be the right-hand person to the manager
