Chief Accountant

We are a management company for a developing franchise retail chain. We are currently looking for a chief accountant who will take charge of the accounting and tax functions for the management company and our franchisees.

We need someone who can keep the entire accounting department in order: understands the real state of accounting, controls deadlines and accuracy of reporting, anticipates risks, and independently resolves issues.

Together with the chief accountant, there will be a junior accountant for primary documents, so we are specifically looking for someone who can be responsible for the entire accounting function and organize its work.

Responsibilities will include:

— Maintaining and controlling accounting and tax records for several legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. — Monitoring transactions for retail outlets: bank, cash desk, OFD. — Working with AUSN, USN, and other applicable tax regimes. — Controlling tax calculations, payment deadlines, and reporting submission. — Preparing accounting, tax, and HR reports. — Controlling employee settlements. — Organizing work with primary documents, Electronic Document Management (EDM), and reconciliations with counterparties, in collaboration with the junior accountant. — Interacting with the Federal Tax Service (FNS), Social Fund of Russia (SFR), and other government bodies: handling inquiries and reconciliations. — Controlling records of contracts, loans, credit, leasing, rent, and other business operations. — Monitoring changes in legislation and proactively identifying accounting and tax risks. — As the company grows, building and improving processes within the accounting department.

Who we are looking for:

A chief accountant with experience in independently managing multiple legal entities/individual entrepreneurs and a strong understanding of accounting and tax regulations. It is important to understand the specifics of retail, cash operations, and OFD, be confident in working with tax regimes, and have experience interacting with regulatory bodies.

— Salary from 150,000 ₽ net.
