We are a company with over 7 years of experience in developing tokenomics for crypto projects. We help Web3 startups build sustainable economic models, attract investment, and scale. We are currently looking for a financial analyst with Python knowledge to join our project team.
Format and Payment: Project-based employment. Work on individual projects. Workload, collaboration format, and rate are discussed individually.
Responsibilities:
- Development of financial models: unit economics, financial model, supply and demand balance, PnL, etc.
- Scenario modeling (best/base/worst case), stress testing, and model sensitivity analysis.
- Calculation of product unit economics and the impact of the token on the project's business metrics.
- Data analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Financial flow analysis.
- Optimization of financial processes.
- Model visualization and testing using Python.
- Participation in preparing presentations.
- Analysis of existing project tokenomics: identifying imbalances, risks, and model weaknesses, checking the sustainability of economic mechanisms, forming conclusions and recommendations for tokenomics adjustments.
- Preparation of analytical reports and presentations (structurally and clearly for business and investors).
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in finance or analytics (consulting, VC, fintech, SaaS, product analytics — are suitable).
- Knowledge of Python for data visualization and interpretation.
- Knowledge of statistics.
- Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets: formulas, scenarios, forecasting, model structuring.
- Understanding of: P&L, Cash Flow, LTV/CAC, profitability, payback period, growth metrics.
- Experience in building models under uncertainty and incomplete information.
- Data visualization skills in presentation materials.
- Understanding of DeFi platform operations will be an advantage.
- English language proficiency above average.
- Understanding of tokenomics fundamentals will be a great advantage.
- Ability to explain complex things in simple terms.
- Strong thinking structure: "hypothesis → calculation → conclusion → recommendation".
- Responsibility for results and attention to detail.
