We are an international Web3 project and one of the leading crypto exchanger aggregators. Our service combines offers from reliable partners, supports thousands of popular tokens, and finds the best market rates for users.

Responsibilities: • Collection, processing, and analysis of product and user data, including on-chain activity; • Creation and maintenance of dashboards and regular reporting on key metrics; • Building funnels, cohort analysis, and user segmentation; • Conducting and analyzing A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of features and marketing campaigns; • Searching for insights in data and formulating recommendations for the product team, marketing, and management; • Forecasting product and business metrics; • Setting up monitoring and alerts for anomalies and suspicious activity.

What we expect from the candidate: • 3+ years of analytics experience, experience with Web3; • Understanding of key DeFi mechanics (swaps, liquidity, routing, fees); • Ability to conduct wallet-level user behavior analysis; • Experience with on-chain data (Dune, Bitquery, or similar tools); • Proficient in SQL and Python; • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Splunk, or similar); • Knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methods; • Skills in working with user and product data, including segmentation and cohort analysis; • Experience in automating reporting and working with dashboards; • Ability to analyze data and formulate conclusions and recommendations; • Remote work from any country except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
