We are looking for an experienced Commercial Data Analyst who will work closely with Sales, CRM, and Call Center teams to improve commercial performance and support data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, communicates clearly with stakeholders, and is able to transform ambiguous business questions into actionable insights through data.
Key Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and analytical reports to evaluate the performance of commercial teams, including Sales, CRM, and Contact Center functions.
- Analyze commercial funnels, unit economics, retention, upsell, and cross-sell processes to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Translate high-level business questions into well-structured analytical tasks, metrics, and hypotheses.
- Develop monitoring and alerting systems to track deviations in key commercial metrics and ensure timely responses.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, set priorities, and deliver accurate insights within tight timelines.
- Contribute to improving data models and defining analytical requirements for ETL processes in collaboration with data engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in analytics, with a strong preference for commercial, sales, business, or CRM analytics backgrounds.
- Advanced SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
- Ability to structure complex analytical logic into clear steps, formulas, and visualizations.
- Working knowledge of Python for automation, data processing, or lightweight modeling tasks.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.
- Experience designing, running, or evaluating A/B tests.
- Strong interest in systematization and improving data quality, consistency, and usability.
- Experience working with ETL processes and analytical data pipelines.
