Commercial Data Analyst
EMCD is a fintech company in the cryptocurrency space, the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are actively developing in the global market and building an ecosystem of crypto services: payment infrastructure, custodial solutions, mining products, and enterprise-level tools for businesses and institutional clients.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Data Analyst to work closely with Sales, CRM, and Call Center teams. The main goal is to help the business make data-driven decisions, find growth points, and improve the efficiency of commercial processes. This role is suitable for those who can organize data, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and transform vague business questions into concrete analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Developing dashboards and analytical reports to assess the effectiveness of commercial teams, including Sales, CRM, and contact center.
- Analyzing commercial funnels, unit economics, retention, upsell, and cross-sell to identify growth points and improve efficiency.
- Transforming business requests into structured analytical tasks, metrics, and hypotheses.
- Developing monitoring and alerting systems to track deviations in key commercial metrics.
- Interacting with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver analytical results on time.
- Participating in the development of data models and requirements for ETL processes in collaboration with the data engineering team.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in analytics, preferably in commercial, business, CRM, or sales analytics.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including the use of CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
- Ability to structure complex analytics into clear steps, formulas, and visualizations.
- Practical experience with Python for automation, data processing, or simple modeling.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Superset, or similar).
- Experience conducting or analyzing A/B tests.
- Interest in data systematization and improving data quality, consistency, and usability.
- Experience with ETL processes and analytical pipelines.
