Seeking a CFO for a crypto bank. Minsk. Office. Not fintech. Not a bank in the conventional sense.

A new generation crypto bank – where blockchain meets regulatory discipline, and digital assets become part of the big financial system.

And we need someone to build its financial architecture 🏗️

What to do:

• 🎯 Strategy and financial model — from scratch
• 🎯 Presentation to investors and regulators
• 🎯 Treasury, liquidity, budgets
• 🎯 Operations in financial markets + crypto
• 🎯 Capital, ratios, IFRS reporting
• 🎯 Influence on product where numbers matter

Who we are looking for:

• ✔️ CFO / Deputy CFO in a bank or fintech — from 5 years experience
• ✔️ National Bank certification (or willingness to obtain)
• ✔️ Financial modeling, IFRS, treasury — proficiently
• ✔️ Experience with regulators and auditors

A big plus would be:

• ⭐ Experience in the banking system of the Republic of Belarus
• ⭐ Work with crypto assets and digital instruments
• ⭐ ACCA / CFA
• ⭐ Fundraising experience
