🎯 Responsibilities

🔍 Search for and recruit new partners and influencers across Algeria 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with partners on a daily basis 📈 Achieve affiliate team KPIs and business goals 📝 Coordinate contract and IO signing with partners 🔄 Maintain accurate partner records and provide timely updates 📊 Analyze the local market, trends, and growth opportunities ⚡ Resolve partner issues and conflict situations when necessary 💰 Manage financial reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal security processes ✈️ Represent the company at relevant industry events and networking opportunities

✅ Requirements

✔️ Must be based in Algeria ✔️ Fluent Arabic and/or French; English at a working level ✔️ Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, business development, or partnerships is a plus ✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills ✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners simultaneously ✔️ Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs ✔️ Good understanding of the Algerian digital and influencer landscape
