We are looking for an independent specialist in cold outreach and partnerships. The main focus is attracting models and creators to the platform, as well as developing relationships with agencies, buyers, affiliates, and other market partners.

Requirements:

• Experience in cold outreach, outbound sales, BD, or partnerships
• Ability to independently find contacts and bring communication to results
• Understanding of the adult/creator economy or related verticals: affiliate, CPA, dating, iGaming
• English from B2 for correspondence and calls
• Independence, systematic approach, and KPI orientation

Responsibilities:

• Search for and attract models/creators via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
• Guide candidates to registration on the platform
• Develop partnerships with agencies, buyers, and affiliate partners
• Maintain CRM, control follow-ups and conversions
• Participate in international events and develop a contact network

Conditions:

• Remote · Full-time · International B2B
• Paid trips to TES, Venus Berlin, and other industry events
• Compensation is discussed individually, depending on experience and results
