Action tech develops a geographically distributed infrastructure and services with over 1000 servers, two data centers in Moscow, and a data center in the office.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the operability of the geographically distributed server infrastructure and services.
- Administer the OpenNebula and Ceph virtualization system.
- Create, delete, and migrate virtual machines.
- Troubleshoot virtualization system issues and optimize resource utilization.
- Configure, monitor, and optimize the backup system.
Requirements
- Experience in administering Linux servers and troubleshooting server hardware.
- Knowledge of backup organization principles.
- Ability to create inventories and write roles in Ansible.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana.
- Understanding of the OSI/ISO model.
