We are currently looking for a Team Lead System Engineer/ Administrator who will lead teams of system administrators and system engineers, and be responsible for the design, deployment, and support of a high-load, fault-tolerant, and secure infrastructure.

Your tasks: ⚽️ Leading teams of system administrators and system engineers; ⚽️ Readiness to back up the team at any level – both in administration and engineering (hands-on participation if necessary); ⚽️ Full control over all company IT assets: office and product infrastructure, server equipment, software solutions, contracts with vendors and providers, budget and financial planning for IT; ⚽️ Interaction with the CTO: participation in strategic planning, approval of technical solutions and architectural changes.

Your experience: ⚽️ Managing a virtualization environment based on Proxmox VE; ⚽️ Linux server administration; ⚽️ Deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters; ⚽️ Development and support of CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI / Jenkins; ⚽️ Automation of server and application configuration using Ansible; ⚽️ Building a monitoring system: installation and configuration of Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana.
