AI Fullstack Engineer — Agentic Builders
About The Role
Within the organization, we run a Venture Studio — an environment where we experiment with AI-first products, launch internal startups, and collaborate with external founders who join us to test their early-stage ideas, explore market signals, and validate demand together with our team.
We run multiple projects in parallel, each led by a different founder. Many of these projects require strong technical support — from rapid MVP development to ongoing product iterations and technical decision-making.

We are looking for AI Fullstack Engineers who can join these projects and help with turning ideas into working products.
What You Will Do
- Build end-to-end early-stage AI applications — front-end, back-end, and AI layer.
- Use AI tools extensively to speed up coding, generate solutions, and test ideas quickly.
- Prototype fast and often: ship quick versions and validate assumptions without heavy engineering.
- Work closely with founders to define product direction, target use cases, and core value propositions based on early market signals.
- Design, implement, and evaluate AI features and continually improve them.
- Make technical decisions, balancing speed and quality while keeping the product goal in focus.
What We’re Looking For
- Full-stack engineering background + AI expertise — for building complete prototypes end-to-end.
- Experience with a wide range of AI/LLM tools and techniques — hands-on experience in both using AI to accelerate development and in building AI/LLM-powered solutions (particularly LLM agents and agent workflows).
- Hacker/entrepreneurial engineering mindset — shipping fast, simplifying, building scrappy versions first, and optimizing only when needed.
- Comfort operating in high uncertainty — figuring out the product direction together with a founder, testing hypotheses, and making decisions with limited information.
- High ownership and autonomy — ability to take broad, ambiguous tasks and turn them into working solutions without heavy guidance.
- Startup-oriented engineering approach — rapid prototyping, fast iteration cycles, willingness to work across multiple domains simultaneously.
