SAFB company is a Russian developer of the remote monitoring and management system "Assistant". Our product helps organizations provide secure remote access, centralized administration, inventory, and IT infrastructure management. The solution is used in commercial companies, government organizations, and facilities with increased information security requirements.
Now we are expanding the capabilities of endpoint device management and actively developing the UEM/MDM direction, related to mobile device management and Android inventory. Therefore, we are looking for a system analyst who is interested in participating in the creation of a modern Russian product and influencing its development.
What you will be doing
- Participating in the development of the "Assistant" remote monitoring and management system and shaping the functionality of new releases.
- Analyzing user needs, competitor solutions, and proposing new product features.
- Developing and describing the logic of functionality, policy structures, user scenarios, and interfaces.
- Participating in the development of inventory and management mechanisms for Windows, Linux, and Android devices.
- Researching mobile platform capabilities, determining the set of attributes to be collected, and the limitations of various operating systems.
- Preparing technical specifications and task assignments for developers, supporting implementation, and participating in functionality acceptance.
- Participating in the design of integrations with external systems.
- Interacting with customers, developers, testers, and technical support.
- Influencing product development and roadmap formation.
Responsibilities
- Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements.

It will be an advantage:
- Knowledge of Android Enterprise.
- Understanding the principles of MDM/UEM systems.
- Experience in analyzing and designing mobile device management functionality.
- Understanding the mobile device lifecycle.
- Inventory of mobile devices and applications.
- Management of security policies and configurations.
