🔍 Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in manual testing within ERP environments, solid knowledge of SQL/database validation, and hands-on experience with test management tools like Jira and Zephyr. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products by designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans in an Agile environment.

🛠 Key Responsibilities • Develop, review, and execute detailed manual test cases based on requirements and design documents • Perform thorough manual testing across multiple modules to identify defects and gaps • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery • Maintain and update test cases in Zephyr Test Management tool • Log, track, and manage defects in Jira, ensuring proper prioritization and closure • Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and database updates • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools • Provide mentorship to junior QA team members

🎯 Required Skills & Experience • 4–5 years of experience in Manual Testing / Software Quality Assurance • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SQL, and database validation • Hands-on experience with Jira, Zephyr, or similar test management tools • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Strong communication skills with attention to detail • Exposure to API testing and automation (preferred, not mandatory)
