Position: User Acquisition Manager Company: HR Prime (product company) Work format: remote, full-time Salary: fixed + KPI bonus, amount discussed individually
Developing subscription B2C products in wellness, education, and AI. Operating on a web-to-web model, main markets are Tier-1. Will be working with 1–2 products. The primary channel is Meta, with Google and TikTok also present. Creatives and funnels are handled by separate teams.
Tasks: • Launch and scale campaigns while controlling ROI. • Test audiences, creatives, and funnel stages. • Analyze ROAS, CPA, LTV and automate tasks using AI.
What's important: • 2+ years in UA or performance marketing. • Strong practical experience with Meta and scaling cases. • Ability to work with analytics and AI tools. • Subscription and web-to-web experience will be a plus.
Conditions: contract, payments twice a month. Schedule Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 CET. 28 paid vacation days in a general bank.
