Cloud.ru Evolution is a public cloud built on Cloud.ru's own developments and freely distributed components. The Evolution platform offers IaaS, PaaS, and ML services for solving various business tasks.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Evolution RUN Reliability & Operations team, who will be able to take leadership of the operations domain with a focus on Reliability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a virtual support and operations team (3rd line support) responsible for product development and operation for a large number of clients and partners;
- Ensuring the platform's availability (SLA, SLO, SLI) for end-users;
- Being responsible for the reliability of Cloud.ru Evolution cloud services for clients and partners;
- Managing the product launch lifecycle (private preview, public preview, general availability);
- Being responsible for Change Management and Problem Management processes within the proprietary developed platform;
- Collaborating with the development team (4 product areas) on the stability and efficiency of Cloud Platform services;
- Implementing changes in the platform to increase product NPS.
We expect you to:
- Be ready to take responsibility for launching technically complex products and ensure their support;
- Understand support processes and have experience managing engineers in a linear/matrix structure;
- Understand how PaaS services and fault-tolerant product infrastructure work;
- Have built support and operations processes, including automation, monitoring, etc.;
- Understand the significance of SAT/CSAT, NPS, SLO, SLA metrics;
- Have experience working with and understand the architecture of microservices;
- Be familiar with modern approaches to software development and maintenance (CI/CD, DevOps, SRE);
- Be proficient in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.), container operation, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Experience with cloud provider services will be a plus (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Yandex Cloud, VK Cloud);
- Have experience working with/for large clients who use Cloud services.
