We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with 2–3 years of experience in the Sports Betting vertical, who can work with large advertising budgets, scale effective combinations, and develop performance funnels.

🔹 What you will be doing: — Launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns in the Sports Betting vertical; — Developing and improving user funnels; — Searching, testing, and scaling new traffic sources; — Working with advertising creatives: forming hypotheses, conducting tests, and analyzing results; — Managing advertising budgets and ensuring target indicators are met; — Analyzing traffic quality and key metrics: CPA, ROI, FTD, LTV, Retention; — Collaborating with the team to improve conversion and overall funnel efficiency; — Participating in the development of user acquisition and scaling strategies.

🔹 What we expect: — 2–3 years of experience in Media Buying within the Sports Betting vertical; — Proven results in launching and scaling advertising campaigns; — Experience working with medium and large advertising budgets; — Good understanding of the specifics of Sports Betting and the behavior of sports audiences; — Practical experience with one or more traffic sources: Facebook Ads (preferably as the main one), PWA / Web-to-App, In-App, Telegram influencers, and the Telegram ecosystem; — Ability to build and optimize performance funnels; — Skills in hypothesis testing and scaling effective combinations; — Understanding of traffic economics and key performance metrics; — Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions; — Ability to effectively work with a large volume of information.

⭐ Will be an advantage: — Experience with TikTok Ads; — Experience with X (Twitter), Reddit, Pinterest, and other alternative traffic sources; — Experience working with international GEOs: EU, LATAM, etc.; — Experience promoting in-house products; — Understanding of advertising platform compliance principles.
