A vacancy for a Specialist in External and Internal Communications has opened at the Competence Center "Expenditure Analytics." We are looking for a multi-disciplinary expert with skills in project management, marketing, and design. You will be involved in creating creative visual materials, developing content strategy, and organizing internal and external events. Responsibilities
What main tasks await you
- layout of presentations and other visual materials
- organization of conferences, workshops, educational projects, and other events
- development of internal and external professional communities
- writing releases, articles, and other materials for the website, social media, and media (Tier-1, Tier-2).
Requirements
Requirements
- higher education in communications, advertising, graphic design, marketing, or related fields
- at least 3 years of experience in fintech or IT in the field of content management and/or communications
- understanding of processes and terminology in finance, banking, or fintech
- professional proficiency in graphic design tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), knowledge of layout principles
- experience in building an effective communication system with clients, product users, and partners
- proficient oral and written communication skills, high level of Russian language proficiency
- developed time and task management skills, as well as systems thinking.
Will be a plus if you
- know about Process Mining technology
- have organized major external events (conferences, forums, exhibitions)
- have previously prepared publications for media (Tier-1, Tier-2).
